Looking for Email Buddy
Hi, Just started this morning, my new year resolution.
I have made several attempts and failed so I hope this is the time. Induction is always the hardest, can never get through the first week. While doing Weight Watchers I had an email buddy and we really motivated each other, I lost 30 lbs. Looking for someone similar: Female, over 200#s to motivate each other I am 254.5 looking to be 175, that's my reality goal weight Any one out there like me??? ![]() |

I would love to be your penpal. I started Atkins this morning also. 274/274/150. Ive never tried Atkins or low-carb before. Have always chosen the low-fat route. |

I started Atkins on 01/02/04 and I have lost 9 pounds the first week... I'm excited but would love to have a couple of friends to help motivate me... Jayne, I'm also over 200#. ![]() |

Hi - can I join you?
My name is Gail, I'm 49, and l'm 5'7" I started Atkins on December 8. My starting weight is 247.5 and I would like to get down to about 170 I've tried and failed many times in 2003, just couldn't get it quite together.
I've been doing OK so far, though I eat some of the low carb bars at times. I'm a pretty slow loser, which makes it hard for me to stay on track at times. Have a great weekend, Gail gailbuf@hotmail.com |
