Hi Everyone,

I am a 32 year old scots woman with over 100lbs to lose. I have been following Atkins for about 3 months now and have lost 24lbs in total.

I would like to have a pen pal/diet buddy who has alot to lose like me and does not mind communicating with someone in a different country/timezone

Hi,

Hi from California! I started Atkins in July and went off in November. My highest weight was 289 and last time I checked it was 250. I want to be 180. I am going back on induction sometime in the beginning of this new year. I have to wait until all the candy at my house is consumed-LOL! Write back.
