Salad Dressing Question

Hi, I wrote awhile ago about starting the Atkins Diet soon.. I got the 2 Videos,Basic Diet Manual, & the Recipe Booklet.. In the Basic Diet Manual under Salad Dressing on page 4 it says: Use olive oil plus vinegar or lemon juice & spices.. Grated cheese, bacon, eggs, or fried pork rings may be added, the Dressing sounds delicious, but it doesn't say how much olive oil,vinegar ,etc. & I can't find it in the Recipe Book.. Can someone please Help me.. Thanks much.. Ang
