Hey Kruella & Other St. Louisans
I'm in St. Peters! DH and I are starting week 3 today. I'm down 14 lbs, he's down 21. This is the 3rd time we have started Atkins in the past 2 years or so. We are both determined this is going to be it! I've got another 20 or so to go. I went back to my Yoga class last week, and am starting riding my stationary bike every other day this week. I'm the busy mom of a 5 yo and 2 yo, and I work full time, so finding time to exercise is really a challenge for me. I'll try to keep you motiviated if you try to keep me motivated!

We are pretty close, I used to know the Alton area very well. I am still about 45 or so minutes from the bridge. And I don't have to tell you about the traffic

Keep in touch and yes for the get-together. Don't know myself how to get one going as the responses on this thread have been few.

I will come back and check for messages to come in the future.
There are very friendly people posting on the Missouri thread, might give that a shot and see how many are close to us and interested.

Hi .....I am not in St. Louis but I am not too far from there......I live in Union which is right down 44 hwy.....from six-flags.....I am starting on Atkins tomorrow morning and I sure could use some incouragement and some atkins induction friends.....any help you could give would be appreciated very much......I could use some pen pals......that would be great !!

Hello fellow st louisans! My name is Cathy and I have been doing LC for almost a year. My results have not been too good, I get on and off the wagon alot. Anyway, I used to post on the Missouri board alot, but lately have only been reading. I have 2 girls, 5 and 7, I work part-time at a dr's office in creve coeur and live in Dardenne Prairie, that is a new city, south of ofallon. I would love to talk to some st louisans.
