Hi All

Im ready to begin low carbing in the new year, and would like to give and get some support and motivation. Im 28, live in Sydney with my partner of 12 years and have never low carbed before but because I have ALOT of weight to loose, Im thinking "can't do this without help" and would like, in turn, to help someone else out.
