22 and not willing to give up on losing 25lbs!!! Need extra support and butt kicking
Okay, so here's me, 22 currently staying home until purchase of new car this spring. I am married, no kids...ample time to be an attentive penpal. I have done this and lost 15lbs, yay right? Well then I stopped. Don't ask why, I don't know. I lost 14.5 inches in a month at my fitness center and stopped going soon after. I'm apparently out to destroy myself. But I'm not giving in! I just need someone who will make me accountable.
I'm going to give this another shot, I know it works I guess I just need more support than I thought. I am 5'7 175 and want to be 150lbs hopefully by my 23rd b-day in May, is it possible? If you think you are the perfect penpal for me e-mail me at glowing60@sbcglobal.net Can't wait to begin this journey (again) -Candy, Missouri Last edited by Glowing : 12-16-2003 at 11:47 PM. |

Only one reply?
Bump...
Well if anyone is out there and feels that perhaps they need support or have 30lbs to lose like me then e-mail me...I'm good with keeping in touch and trying to keep people motivated...just not good at keeping myself motivated, ironic isn't it? -Candy |

I'm going to bump myself up again...I'm starting a full on induction the first of the year...so if there's anyone who wants to join me, or has been through the induction and can lend a supportive hand I welcome your e-mails and look forward to getting to know you and recieving your support. I actually lost 5lbs just by cutting the carbs this week, not to 20 gram, but cutting them enough to get me ready for the induction. I check e-mail periodically day/night, so I'm very attentative.

Hey Glowing,
You're more than welcome to join us on the "long term induction" post under pen pals....I'm 28, married w/ no kids, and I am fairly good about posting stuff (well for the most part). I started back in July, and so far have lost 39 lbs. I still have 40 to go and i'm not stopping right now. Just don't give up, and if you need butt kicking, come post with us ![]() HolyTeror |
