Would like a penpal with a lot of weight to lose

I've tried and failed many times, even succeeded once, but gained the weight back. I've been on this WOL for a week now, not always perfect on induction, but keeping the carbs at about 20-25/day. So I'm pretty close.

I have lost 5 lbs this week. Time of month might have something to do with it, but I am definitely feeling less hunger pangs and less carb cravings. So I'm going in the right direction. I rollerskate 2x week with my kids so I get some exercise, but not enough.

I'd like to be a penpal with one or more people with lots of weight to lose, so we can support each other in this WOL so that we become healthier and slimmer, and be able to maintain as well. We can cheer each other through the good times, and pick each other up when we go "off the wagon" as well.

I'm in my late 40s and live in Ohio with 77 lbs to lose. Look forward to hearing from you on this board or at

Hey Girl!

You can do this! I started at 217 6 weeks ago and now down to 205!
We can do this! I have a 10 month old girl and gaining weight was a brz. Losing it is a diff story!
I wanna get down to 130. I was that skinny in high school and i think i can get there again! I am 21 now. As of Dec.7! I love wine!
We can do this! Were gonna be HOT!

Hey future skinny minni mommies!
Today for breakfast i ate 2 steak egg n chz bisquits without the bis. from Mcdonalds. It was delicious! I think ill have a salad for lunch!
where do you like to eat?
Redlobster- Steak and Lobster will spoil u rotten! That is the best meal ever!
TGIFridays now has 6 things Atkins approved on their menu!

Hi Davon,
Girl, when ur feelin depressed treat yourself to steak and spin dip at TGIFridays! or wheat fajitas at Ruby Tuesdays or my fav -lobster n steak n salad at Red Lobster! Ruby Tuesday also has low carb menu along with
TGIFridays! We'll ive only lost 12 lbs in 7 weeks but i think its because of my water intake and my lack of green veggies for the past 3 weeks!
I wanted to cheat so bad lastnight to make it all better , so a just made a batch of lowcarb muffins!

Congrates on being a loser! A weight loser!
Thats awsome ,im at 217/205/130. I have the same goal as u did!
How long did it take u to lose all of it, and can you give me any advice or inspiratrion to help me continue this ongoing weight loss?

I started on March 12,2001--I reached my goal weight April 28
of this year--I have been at my goal weight for 10 months now.
I have been cheat free all this time--This may not be for everyone but it has worked for me--I have since day one ate alot of meat and fat and I still do today even being at my goal weight--It helps keep the craving away--I don't count anything but my carb intake for the day which is 35--I don't think that my body can handle anymore than that but I'm happy with the way I eat and I know this is a diet that I can live with for the rest of my life--You can e-mail me if you wish to do so and I can go into more about it.
My eating was so out of control that it started to scare me I feel like this diet saved my life--When I frist started I felted like it was my last hope--Now 90 pounds lost I know that it was my only hope at being a success on any diet plan--220/130/130/129

Can you give me some diff meals that you eat on an everday basis? What is ur fav? I think im just stuck in limited choices because everything ive trien is discusting! Flax and atkins pancakes! What r ur favs?
