new from missouri

Hi, I just am getting into using the computer, and have been on Atkins for about 2 months. I wanted some support from people like me that suffered with it at first.

There is a MO penpal thread if you would like to come over for support. Or........you might post this same question on Main Low Carb Lobby for better results. When you say you suffered, what do you mean? I would be glad to help in any way that I can. You might have to post your question more than once in more than one spot (Forum).

Sometimes just reading through some of the old threads you can find the answer to the problem you have. Another way is to go to the bottom of one of the forums and do a search with key word. Email me if you need to.

I am still here, just extremely busy it seems like every time I get to the computer the phone rings!!! I am still on Atkins, and still losing, but it is slow!! Happy Holidays!!!
