New To Group

Hi,

I am new to the group and am getting ready to start a new way of eating!! I would really like a pen-pal to help with this adventure!
I am currently living on an island in the south pacific so having somebody to chat with would be GREAT!!!
Hoping for some replies!!!

Hi Tracie! Welcome! Have you already started your new WOE (way of eating)? If not, when do you plan to start? I have been on this low carb WOE since August and have lost 25lbs, 2 pant sizes and im now wearing large tops instead of extra large.

Any help you need, i can be there for you! Im also looking for someone to chat with now and then about this new WOE. Good luck to you and I hope to hear from you soon!
