I am a 36 year old female. As of about 3 weeks ago I weighed 366 lbs. After having binged in the weeks after I decided to take control of my eating on October 18. Friday will mark my two weeks of induction. I want to stay on induction at least until the new year and then move on to the next phase of Atkins.

I'm from Virginia too! I'm 23 and i have about 135lbs to lose and if you are interested in being pen pals let me know! I'm about to start induction tomorrow (again).

I, too, am in VA, Newport News to be exact. I am starting induction again on November 1, 2003. We can all 3 be pen pals together....
