22yrs, needs to loose 100+ ISO similar

Hi! I'm amanda, I'm 22 yrs old and a college student. I also work part time and have an internship so i'm a very busy girl. This leaves me little to no time for exercise, so i don't. But i am very strict on my WOE. I'm on induction and have been for 3 mo now, i plan to stay on induction for awhile since i have so much wieght to lose. Anyone else doing this? Or similar to me in other ways? I would love to chat!

Hey, I'm a college student as well finding it hard to figure out how to lose a lot of weight so I decided to do the induction phase for awhile.

So far it's working. I haven't been on this for a very long time but I'm looking for some one to talk to to keep me going. I have about 150lbs. to lose. So I definitely know the boat you are in. Take care and good luck!

I'm in a similar boat as you all. I'm 26, a grad student, with at least 100 lbs to lose. Same crazy schedule, etc. I'm about to start on induction. i DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TO LOSE. i WANT TO LOSE 35 MAYBE 40 POUNDS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. AND I AM TRING HARD TO STICK TO IT. I AM SO INTERESTED TO TALK AND SEE HOW YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING UP. THINGS THAT YOU ARE EATING, HOW WELL IT IS WORKING!

It seems to me that we all have a lot in common. I always felt like I was the only person around here dealing with this problem, especially being as young as I am. It's really great to know that I'm not the only one.

Thanks guys. Kinda gives me a reason to keep going because I feel like I'm not alone in this.

Well I just wanted to say that as of this morning I have lost 25lbs. Maybe it doesn't sound like a lot to some of you have been going for awhile, but I can't tell you how excited I am to know how fast this is working. Just had to tell someone!!!

But i need to lose about 100 pounds also. i have allready lost 70 pounds. but i fell of the wagon about a week ago. but i'm getting back on it tommorrow. i'm having a total knee replacement on dec 1st. Any dvice for staying on this when i'm in the bed for most of the day? I'm not a college student. But i am a mother of 3 wonderful children,12,7,5.
