Again I wish everyone a great success-I know that I have reached my goal but not a day goses by that I don't still need support and coming here helps-Watching everyone lose makes me so proud of them-If only a pound that's better than nothing at all-Linda as been my backbone on this way of eating over 2 years now and I want to add a great friend as well-She's like me she cares not only about herself but others also-It may be slow for some but hang in there and don't cheat and you will lose the weight and see a success at reaching your goal-I'm happy with my weight lost and have to say that I'm proud of myself-I'm not perfect in anyway and I'll never look like a model-But hey I'm happy and that's all that counts-I wrote this when I frist started the diet thought I would share it with you.
SMILE A LITTLE SMILE FOR YOU,MAKE THAT SMILE A GLOW.
AND KEEP THAT SMILE ON YOUR FACE WHEREVER YOU MAY GO.
AND IF SOMEONE HURTS YOU SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY.
JUST SMILE AND SAY I'M DOING THIS DIET JUST FOR ME.
I'M DOING IT THE ATKINS WAY.
You see there will be a time when someone trys to get in your way at being a success on this diet-(It was for me anyway)I had a friend that tried to lead me the wrong way-Supports means so much and you have come to the right place to get it-Caring people that want you to be a success as much as you do-Because we are there are have been there and know how it feels.Sorry so long but I could talk about the diet til days end and never get bored--I love this way of eating I just wishI had found it years ago but I'm glad I found it when I did-Best wishes

hi i just wrote you a p.m. message...but wanted to post to. i love that saying you wrote about smile, i 'm doing it the atkins way..
would you mind if i sent it to my friends?
your pics look great, have you reached your goal yet? i still have away to go yet but i was really big to start, over 300 to be honest.. down to 205 now..been on atkins for three yrs, in november. and i have only been on the atkins program to this time around. before when i dieted i would lose some but always gained it back but when i found atkins i knew i found a diet that would work for me and help me keep it off. its been hard i have to admit that but all the hard work is well worth all the effort. i can honestly say i did it , just me and atkins........................God i only wished i had found this plan many, many years ago.....because i have been overweight for 30 yrs.

REMEMBER A DAY PASSED IS ANOTHER DAY CLOSER YOU ARE TO YOUR GOAL.............................................. .....................................

A big congratulations LInda for reaching your goal! You must feel VERY proud of yourself. I agree with you. I LOVE the Atkins way of life and will defend it always when negative people say it's a bad plan. I have been on the plan for a year and a half and am close to my goal. I KNOW I CAN do it on the Atkins plan. Low fat plans, and others just don't work. At least not for me. I just wanted to tell you that even though I don't know you. I AM proud of you for doing this for yourself!

lindafaye, got your e-mail not long ago. please call me sometimes.. i admire that you have lost all your weight, thats my dream to is to lose all mine someday.

linda c what have you been up to today. didn't have a e-mail from you today. hope all is well with ya.

to everyone else here, good luck with your weight losses.
i sort of blew it today , i had some pizza while i was out today with a friend, but i only had one slice with a salad so maybe i didn;t do much damage with my low carbs. i have been trying to keep them around 20 a day.

got some halloween candy today to give out tomorrow night. and also got my two grand-kids a bunch of halloween toys and some wax lips. lord i haven't seen those in years.

i am building up my will power so i will not be tempted to try any halloween candy this year. last year i remembered i snuck a snicker bar...won;t do that this year, i promise.

take care everyone and have a HAPPY HALLOWEEN......................
