need support/4th week of induction
Hi all! I am in my 4th week of induction and need some support so that I can continue on and reach my goals.
I need some meal ideas and to hear some inspirational stories. I love this website and it has kept me going so far so hopefully as long as I keep coming back I will be able to continue. I have tried so many diets and failed but I think this one will be different. I have lost 15# so far and I have 90# to go to reach my goal of 140#. If anyone has a similar amount of weight to lose I would love to hear from you. Thanks everyone, Saralynn. |

I am in my second week of induction although I think I will be staying on induction a few more weeks. I have 150#'s to lose and have lost 7 so far. I noticed you are from Michigan? Where about?? I am Downriver. Sandy |

You can stay on induction for upto six months if you want to. Yes, you are suppose to get the majority of your net carbs for each day from vegetables.
You can continue to stay on induction if you are not bored with the food choices, or if you have a lot of weight to lose, because it comes off faster during induction. Danielle |

Im in the same big boat
hello, I started this life change on 09-11-03, its been 5 wks to date for me. I've lost 17.5lbs and need to loose70-80 more. I dont have a weight that I'm sure I want to be but I would like to be a size 12. I'm never going to weigh 120lbs, thats just not me. Anyway you are doing fine, keep up the good work and I'm here if you would like to chat.
