I HAVE BEEN DOING ATKINS SHOULD I SAY THE LOW CARB DIET SINCE ABRIL IT HAS REALLY WORK. I LOST 55PDS MONTHS NO LIE EVERYBODY WALKS UP TO ME AND WANTS MY SECRET......I SIMPLY TELL THEM BUY THE BOOK...... THEIR FIRST RESPONSE I CANT GIVE UP BREADS RICE......ETC.....AT ONE TIME OF MY LIFE I SAID THE SOMETHING.........I SHEDDING THR POUNDS...GIRL STICK WITH IT....YOU ARE GOING TO SEE THE RESULT
