Newbie looking for guidance

I would really love some help in figuring out what I can and can't eat! Two days ago I had two ears of corn, when I figured out that corn is about as bad as a potato... then today I had chinese and now I hear that they use lots of sugar! I am a sugar and caffiene-aholic, and I had finally gotten most of it out of my system. Now after eating that chinese, I feel yucky and sluggish again! I'm trying so hard not to get down and to continue on... I could just use some guidance on what not to put in my mouth!
Thanks!!!

Hello!
I am new too, and still in the induction phase. I too wondered what to eat, and here are some things that I eat: eggs, cheese, (watch the carb count in cheese, some have 0 some have up to 3 per serving!), any type of red meat-hamburger, steak, pork, bacon sausage, CHICKEN, ham and turkey, cauliflower, broccoli, pork rinds, LOTSA water.....basically anything low in carbs and sugar is a go. It is hard to eat out, because you don't know what hidden carbs there are in food. Someone posted a site the other day where Burger King has it's nutritional values, and you can see what various foods are without the bun and ketchup.

http://www.burgerking.com/Food/Nutri...ard/index.html

Hope this helps a little....Like I said, I am new too, and it is great to ask questions!

Thanks!

Thanks for shoutin back! I didn't know that about cheese... I'd better check mine today! I have another question, I'm sucking down sugar-free jello, and the box says no carbs. That's ok, right? Congrats on the first 20lbs! I can't wait to get to that point!
