"powdered" sugar

I found this at www.splenda.com.

Blend together until you have a very fine powder:

3/4 c. Splenda granular
2 T. cornstarch

(yields about 1/2 cup)

1 T = 5 carbs

Can this be brought down to fewer carbs? Maybe substituting the cornstarch? Thanks

Well, the cornstarch is a no-no.

Personally, I just use granular Splenda as is in place of powdered sugar. It's already so light that it hasn't made any difference.
