Soy Protein Powder? Any ideas?
I bought this in a health food store and now wonder what I should do with it? I can't seem to find any specific recipes where I can use it. Help?

Dobie Muffins!!! You can find the recipe in the recipe room. It just says protein powder , but soy should work. I love these muffins. You can take the basic recipe and mix in different ingredients.
