What can I do with cabbage?
I had seen a recipe by Dottie using cabbage, but I've misplaced it.
Any ideas? |

I thinly slice the cabbage and stir fry with thin onions in butter with salt/pepper til softened...about 15-20 min. Then stir in sour cream but don't boil....this is so delish.

If you like soy sauce, shred some cabbage and slice some onions, then put a little olive oil, garlic and ginger in a non-stick skillet- when it's fragrant, add the cabbage and onions and a little soy sauce then stir fry until it's cooked like you like it
If you like it soft, add about 1/4 cup chicken broth, cover and let it steam for a while to cook more |
