Broccoli + Coconut Butter = Very Yummy!

Don't know why I never thought about doing this before. I usually make coconut cauli rice to go with curry dishes but was running short on time tonight so I slathered some coconut butter over broccoli and poured the curry over it. OMG, sooo delish!

As a side note, Kroger now carries Coconut Butter. The Maranatha brand. Cheaper than all the other brands and I must say that it is every bit as good as the more expensive brands.

I'll have to try this, I have a huge container of coconut butter. I went on a kick a while ago and made vats of the stuff! LOL
