I love my cuisinart portable blender. It's like the magic bullet where you have travel cups you can blend in but the quality is much better. It's really powerful and can blend ice with no problems.

Sure but you would need a bit of liquid to help things along. Vitamix blenders are professional quality and worth it if you can afford it but he cuisinart really does a great job too.

Vitamix!! Love mine. If you have a Costco membership, my local one currently has the older model available cheaper. They were demoing the new one yesterday. The smoothie and (I think) ice cream buttons are nice, but not necessary. It's absolutely worth checking out.

The Costco here has had the Vitamix for $374 for several months now. It's a great price.

Made in Ohio I believe- with a 5-7 year warranty--they pay for shipping back and forth to the factory for repairs also--awesome--I would definitely watch QVC for some of their shows

I don't know if Vitamix themselves ship to Canada, but they have 3 refurbished blenders on their website right now ranging from 329 to 399, as well as all their new ones and they offer a 3 payment plan, as well. I also noticed today the BlendTrend blog offering a free shipping promo code of 06-008079 - again, I don't know if it applies to Canada.

Will Costco? Cuz yes, at least here, you can return any item you purchased from them online at a local store if you need to. |
