Favorites from Netrition?

I'm getting ready to place a Netrition order so I can make the Fantastic Flour Mix. My husband is disabled so our income is low. I have to be careful what I order. With that in mind.. I wondered if there is anything that you feel you can't live without from Netrition?

Here's what I like to keep around. Coconut flour, whey protein, oat fiber, powdered egg whites, glucommanan, liquid Splenda, xylitol, erythritol, baking powder, carb counters frosting, psyllium husk powder, blackstrap molasses.

I was wondering why you chose these two sweeteners? Do they work better in recipes? I 've read that Stevia and Erythritol are safe and also Xylitol but have heard some bad stories about the Splenda. I wondered what you thought.

I like the way they work together. All artificial sweeteners are processed, and remember, when sweeteners are new they all get touted as the safest and the best, until years later they're found to be dangerous. I don't think any artificial sweetener is really safe. Nothing processed or artificial is really good for us but I like my sweets. We do try to pick the safest processed and artificial products but when its all said and done, it is what it is.
