Buffalo Wing Cauliflower!? Yum!
Has anyone else tried this!?
I discovered this on Rachael Rays show, and followed her recipe for "meat free buffalo wings" (google search it if you want her recipe), but I dont think she originated it, because there are recipes all over the web on various blogs! Basically you take cauliflower florets, toss them in a little oil, and roast them. (I did mine at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes). You want to get lots of little crispy brown areas - almost burnt, but not really... these end up being the yummiest parts! Then, like a chicken wing, you toss the cauliflower in buffalo wing sauce. Then serve with Ranch. I followed Rachael Rays recipe for a ranch dipper based on Greek yogurt. I've never been so happy eating cauliflower and Greek yogurt! LOL! Only downside - these are best eaten fresh. In the frig, they lose the crispy parts, and arent' quite as good. This photo comes from the ClosetCooking blog ![]() |

I saved a recipe (there are tons) for this on Pinterest, but never got around to making it. Would be a great snack. Thanks for remindng me! I am going to have to get on this, since I love both cauliflower and wings.
