Miracle Rice and Curry based sauces?
My mom has an amazing recipe for shrimp curry. It is usually served over white rice, so I haven't made it for a while. Has anyone tried the miracle rice with a curry based sauce? Or is the MR best suited to asian flavors, such as soy sauce, seasame oils, etc.? TIA. Caren

Miracle rice (and other forms of shirataki noodles as well) is tasteless. It takes on the flavor of whatever you put on it. I tend to use cauli rice under curries, just because cauli is so often used IN curries. But there's no reason a curry wouldn't be good on MR.
