These are softer than the Miracle Brand..Pretty good for a very low carb sub for noodles..

Ah, here they are: Nooodle Angel Hair, Glucomannan Noodles, Konnyaku Noodles I shall throw a bag in the cart but I am skeptical as I don 't like Miracle Noodles but am game to try.
