I bought a new product last night - well new to me...
It was Splenda with added Fiber in a large bag. Says it ends up being 0 carbs. Anyone tried baking with it? I also bought some Zylitol. Was looking for Erythritol, but no luck. I'll have to order it, I guess.

Have you tried to bake with it? That's what I got it for, as regular granulated Splenda was too carby for me. Sorry about getting sick.

I use Xylitol regularly. It does cause some... bowel distress if I haven't used it for a while and then all of a sudden introduce a large quantity into my system (like a giant piece of homemade brownie cheesecake). I use it measure for measure as a sugar replacement. Sometimes I will use a little less and add a little stevia, no real rules as far as I'm concerned.
