Stevia Plus
I have an older LC baking cookbook and many of its recipes call for Splenda, Stevia Plus and Xylitol all in the same recipe. I have both Splenda (granular) and Xylitol on hand, but not Stevia Plus. Could I use Splenda packets in place of the Stevia Plus and get the same results?

You can use anything you want as sweetners. I use what I like and make the recipe to my sweetness and then go on with the recipe .Taste .
You may not be able to use Splenda granular. I can't. Stevia , you have to find out what you like. There are many stevias. Look at your carb count when adding packets and granular splenda products. Where it says splenda you can use ez-sweet(Liquid sucralose) no carbs. You want synergy , thats why you add more than one. You can find stevia packets at walmart, but you have to find one you like.
