I thaw it out, squeeze the excess water out of it, and saute it, in some sort of butter/garlic/white wine/broth combo. Sometimes it includes veggies, sometimes not. It is delicious!

Thaw , sautee for 2 minutes on one side and 2 mins. on other side. It cooks very quickly.

Thaw, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and roast at 450f for 8-10 minutes

I make Camarones a la Diabla with mine, but we like really spicy stuff! I agree with not overcooking it though - it doesn't take long to cook ANY kind of shrimp.

I usually roast like Dottie or pan fry in butter and evoo + garlic.

I buy TJ's frozen wild Argentinian red shrimp. Those are even harder to figure out because they look like they are already cooked (redish color) but they arent!
