Would this bread recipe work?

I'm open to alternatives but I really need some bread after all. I'd really like to avoid normal bread and this one seems to be best, carb-wise. Yet, it has lots of calories.

I like this one as well but which one would be better in the end?

Have you read the Fantastic Flour thread? There are lots of bread, muffin, and MANY other tasty recipes using it...low carb low calorie and wonderful, try them I think you'll like it. Easy mix and you could use regular recipes by adding more liquids.

It depends on how far you are in your weight loss to eat chicken lady's bread. Her bread looks great.

If you want a low carb bread .OMM( one minute muffin is good) Widgets hamburger buns are great, Charski's cheese bread is great. Kevinpa's are great but I'm allergic to wheat.
If you want any of these recipes just holler.I'm allergic to flax.

Ouizoid's mix is the way to go.

I find all flax bread tastes like eating grass. But I made do with the One Minute Muffin and several flax-based recipes until I got to the nuts/seeds phase of Atkins OWL (phase 2).

This is the bread I'm making most of the time nowadays, but it's not suitable for Atkins Induction. Peggy's Individual White Bread

Ahhh low carb bread, the age old question lol I still haven't found one I like, after eating regular bread for years its hard to learn to like low carb bread. Even harder when you can no longer eat grains.

The only way to know if you like it is to try it because everyone's tastes are different. Someone may love a recipe and someone else may detest it.

I'm not crazy about flax myself but I'm working on a new bread right now. Hoping it works out!!
