Free LC Cookbook Download
George Stella, a former chef on Food Network, has a free cookbook download on his website. I read it last night and it has a lot of great recipes. The only thing I didn't like was that he uses a lot of soy flour, but I'm thinking there could be a good substitution for that. Would Carbquick or coconut flour work depending on the recipes?

It is very nice of him to offer his book for free
He has a youtube clip of a segment they did on his family and LC on 48 Hours Investigates. There is the usual Fear Uncertainty Doubt smear that always accompanies mainstream LC reporting but what blows me away is that at about 7:20 they mention that two schools are offering an LC menu. The segment was from 2011 I think. |
