Atkins shake recipe?
 

I love the Atkins shakes but they are so EXPENSIVE...anybody know of a clone recipe?

I make what I call an orange julius

1/2 c. almond milk or CC or 1/2 cream 1/2 water

1/2 c. orange kool-aid

1 scoop protein powder

4 ice cubes

Put this all in blender and swirl. A great Orange Julius.

I make 2 quarts orange kool-aid
sweeten w/ 1/4 tsp. liquid sucralose

iced mocha
1 shot espresso (decaf if preferred )
2 tbs Unsweetened cocoa (to taste)
1/2 tin coconut milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
Pinch xanthan gum
sweetener to desired taste - I normally use 1Tbsp xylitol

Blend together

Tastes lovely with none of the nasties
