Thai Cooking Blog with Low Carb Options

This blog called, "She Simmers" has a massive index of Thai recipes. I've used a few and am particularly fond of "My Mom's Easy Thai Peanut/Satay Sauce" and "Homemade Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce" which are fairly easy to adapt to low carb. Today, when I revisited her site, I found a separate page just for low carb adaptations.

Look at her Recipe Index and then scroll waaaaaaaaaay down (told you.. it's massive!) to find the "How To" section. Voila! "Thai Food for Low Carbers". I'm pretty certain this section wasn't here last time I looked, so I'm pumped! The comments in this section are worth reading as well.. got some ideas just from those.

O my goodness lady. I just looked it over, I make some things low carb. This is wonderful. Thank you so much for telling us about her blog.

Great blog but I hate the yellowish text on a white background. Very hard to read.
