Bullet Proof Coffee?
I want to try this, but of my blender and food prossesser have hard plastic containers. Have never put anything hot in them. Does everyone use glass containers, or I'm I worried about nothing?
I sometimes just stir CO into coffee but really want to try with egg or protein powder. thanks |

while it would work fine, I am pretty sure, plastics are a BAD thing in food. this is not as bad as microwaving in plastic containers, but probably worse than using plastic food storage containers for your leftovers.
a lot of medical researchers now think exposure to the chemicals in plastics, mostly coming from food contamination like this, are a major source of the obesity and diabetes epidemics in the US. |

Interesting. I use my ninja all the time for this purpose. It's plastic.

Try this: The cap with the blades for the blender fits right on a typical mason jar. Note your blender may vary, they’re not all the same size.
This works with my blender...do you have a mason jar you can try? |

I just tried making mine with my milk frother from my cappuccino set. It worked perfectly! So if you have one of those, give it a try.
