Breakfast Cups!
This afternoon for lunch I made "breakfast cups" that were to die for! I got the idea from HERE although I admit to not really following her recipe. I made it with thick sliced Virginia Ham and then filled it with extra sharp cheddar, eggs whipped up with heavy cream, jalapenos, a couple of diced up grape tomatoes, salt, pepper and garlic powder. They were amazing and can be modified to suit any taste!

Yum!!!! I like the breakfast cups.
Heres one for ya. 3" pepperoni rounds, put them in muffin tins, a little pizza sauce , mozz. cheese , any toppings you want . Bake 350 until everythings is hot and bubbly. Yum. |
