Zucchini Noodle Maker
Ok, have you all SEEEEEEEEN this???? (Maybe I'm way behind and you all are rolling your eyes like, "um, yes, where have you been?)
Found it on pinterest, asked for it for Christmas and um, SCORE! I dont know if I am allowed to post a link, but you can get it off amazon. It's like a twisty thing, you stick the zucchini (or whatever) on it, it cores it as it runs it through little holes, making beautiful, fun, twisty and TASTY noodles!! Something to sop up all the yummy LC sauces we can eat. Absolutely in LOVE and wanted to share! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Is it a Spirooli? A big one with a turning handle or a small hand held one that you put the zucchini inside a tube and then twist the tube? Either way, I love them - they make perfect zucchini noodles!

About 6 months aho I bought the "Spirelli" made by Gefu on Amazon. I absolutely love it and I make pesto zucchini noodles a few times per week! Money well spent in my opinion!!

I love the Gefu Spirelli to and love it! I make zoodles for my alfredo sauce. (I boil the 'zoodles' for about 3-4 minutes in salted water. The texture really is like pasta.) So good. I bought several to give as Christmas gifts this past year. Pesto sound good to, I will have to try that.
Daikon radish is something I never tried before. I will seek that out too! |

I love my spiral noodle slicer! I have made noodles from zucchini, carrots, rutabagas, yellow squash, jicama, and whatever solid veggie I can find. Some I put on salads (carrots, jicama) and some I steam slightly for noodles, or zoodles, or squoodles, or rutaboodles--you get the picture.
My favorite thing to do is make lots of them with the grandkids, letting them choose the veggies--they really want to eat these veggies when we make them together! |
