Carlean Johnson's 6 ingredient low carb cookbook

Hello....I have lost a recipe from Carlean Johnson's 6 ingredient low carb cookbook and I am hoping someone here has the cookbook and is willing to share. It is for Creamy Italian Dressing. Ingredients are-mayo, sour cream, hwc, water, powdered italian dressing packet and maybe a little splenda. I am not sure of the ingredient portions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I enjoy this recipe so much I will purchase the book again if I can't get help just for this recipe. Yes! It is that good! Thank you for any help.

I have no idea but the good news is you can get a good used book on Amazon for .01 and $4.00 shipping.

Here you go

Creamy Italian dressing (low carb)

3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 (0.6 oz) package dry Italian dressing mix
2 packets Splenda
1/8 tsp salt

Combine all with 3 tbsp water, mix throughly, and choll to combine flavors
