Fat Bombs, Where Have You Been All My Life?
Fat Bombs are Da Bomb! :) Fat Bombs My PERSONAL recipe is: 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) 1/2 cup CO. 1/2 cup freshly ground PB 1 tsp SEA SALT. 1 tsp-equivalent Stevia (though I leave it out, just as often) Nuke until melted. Stir well. Pour (using my 1/8 cup spoon, which equals 2 TBS) into 12 silicone muffin-forms. Freeze. (Freezing takes about 10 minutes.) I was finding that the part I liked best was the PB on the bottom... because it's SALTY. So I started salting them, and it made a huge difference. A lot of folks make these sweet, and add chocolate, or some-such. For me, it's not a candy... it's a hunk of fuel. They're INTENSELY satisfying.

Do people on here see success without using the coconut oil and replacing it with another "fat"? Not a huge fan of CO. Just wondering. Thank you!

Try it with just the butter.
First time I did Atkins, back BC (Before Children), I'd never even bought CO. While we like CO for its special health-benefits, butter is a perfectly fine fat, capable of supplying energy just like CO is. |

I gave my sister some of the recipes and she makes them to what she likes.
I think you can make a fat bomb to your liking. I might be wrong but isn't it to up your fat? |

Generally, if you are on LC and you are hungry, you need more fat. This is a quick way to get that. |
