Carbquik and soy
I wondered if anyone has done any research on Carbquik and the soy vegetable fiber it contains. I've read (hope I get this right) that soy has been linked to cancer especially for women because it acts as a hormone in the body unless it's fermented. I read Netrition's ingredients for Carbquik. It says that it doesn't contain soy protein but soy vegetable fiber. I don't understand what the difference is. Does anyone here know the difference?
Thanks so much! Georgene |

If soy caused cancer the entire Oriental world would be extinct by now. They have been living on the stuff for centuries.
