Lovely hot drink idea for cold winter nights!

I put a heaped teaspoon of instant coffee, a heaped teaspoon of cocoa and two packets/tablets of splenda in a mug, added enough hot water to make a liquidy paste then stirred in a good teaspoon of hazelnut butter. I topped up with hot water and a generous glug of double cream and - yum! Like low carb ferrero rocher in a mug.

Ps: NOT induction friendly I'm afraid.

I've seen it done with peanut butter as well. Like pb hot chocolate (not with coffee granules). But I think you can mix as you please.

Maxwell House has the following coffe drinks in Sugar Free, Decaffeinated:

French Vanilla and Suisse Mocha. 2 carbs per cup.

Very tasty - I get at WalMart.
