Wow - Yummy, easy spaghetti squash recipe

I've never cooked spaghetti squash before. OMG it's so good! It tastes sweet enough to me, that next time I may just put some butter and cinnamon in it.

Anyway...tonight I cooked one, mixed the spag squash with a jar of Ragu's double cheese sauce, some shredded cheese, and a diced/cooked beef kielbasa. I put it in a 13x9, topped with shredded cheese and cooked at 350 for 30 minutes.

It was so yummy! My six year old daughter said "This is way better than macaroni and cheese!" Nice.

Thought I'd share.

what a great idea!
I like spaghetti squash also. So far, I have only used diced italian seasoned tomatoes, cooked until thickened with just a little sweetener thrown in. Yours sounds better!

It's real good with butter, cinnamon and sweetener for a dessert.
