Could somebody please tell me what HWC is? or what is stands for so I can google it and di.d out what can get thats simular here in the Netherlands....
I can't find the page that explains acronyms and others lc terms.

It's Heavy Whipping Cream. I've no idea what it would be in the Netherlands.
