My uncle brought me some double yolked eggs...
I am going to have some awesome Deviled Eggs later!! The yolk is always my favorite part!

Oooo, lucky you! When I used to buy all my eggs at the farmer's market, I'd get the jumbos and get about half double yolks. The guy who sold them told me that the big ones come from the older hens and they have more of a tendency to lay the doubles than the younger hens. Interesting!

OMG! These things are so good!! I called my uncle and he said he has a whole flat of them I can have! The double yolks make for a big filling for the deviled eggs. Yum!
