Parchment paper and wings!
I learned this from this board but OMG this is the secret to crispy no big deal clean up wings! Thank you to whoever shared this! Just cook at 400 degrees about 40 min to an hour depending on desired crispness!

I don't know why I didn't meet up with Parchment paper years ago. I use it all the time anymore, no matter what I am baking, etc. Saves sooo much clean up.

And the best part is no sticking! we ran out and I had to use foil the other day, I almost cried at how much of the crispy bits I lost!
