Coconut Help

Several years ago I was on the LC WOE then fell off:O( Now I'm back...My question is I have some coconut flour opened and coconut cream unopened that is at least 6 years old. The flour smells good and the cream has separated but also when I opened smells good. Any thoughts on throw out or use. The thrifty gene in me wants to use it but not at the cost of our health

Unless the flour was stored in the freezer, I'd toss it. The coconut cream should be fine.
