Cheap recipes!
Hi guys, I'm a college student looking to start on a low-carb diet but any online meal plans or recipes I've looked at are quite pricey and end up wayyy out of my budget. Does anyone know of any cheap recipes? Including breakfast ideas!
Thanks! |

egg salad: hard boiled eggs and mayonnaise (mustard too if you like)
Chicken salad: cooked, diced chicken and ^^^^. Ham salad: cooked diced ham and ^^^ (sensing a pattern? lol) Add cooked bacon, shredded or diced cheese, etc as well Eggs are cheap and a good nutrient food for low-carb, so is canned tuna, salmon, sardines, kippers, oysters, etc |
