Chicken livers
 

I was tempted to buy a pound of raw chicken livers the other day, but stopped short because I really wouldn't know what to do with them.
Any suggestions on an EASY way to prepare them?

fry them!

Wrap bacon around them held together with toothpick and bake

Add a water chestnut in the wrap, marinate in soy sauce and bake or grill.

Personally I like them better grilled but you need to watch out for flames.

I roll them in pork rind crumbs and parm cheese and fry. YUMMY !!!!
