Almond Butter?
What do y'all it with it (short of just spoonfuls out of the jar)? The only things offhand I can think of are w/ banana, apple, on top of oatmeal, sweet potato, etc.

Spread it on LC crackers, too.
(Take 1 cup almond meal, 1/4 cup powdered parmasean, and 1/4 cup water. Roll out between 2 sheets of baking parchment. Remove the top parchment, score it, and bake at 350 for around 10 minutes, until golden-brown.) |

Just eat it by itself or make fatbombs with it! I have a peanut allergy so Almond butter has been helpful.

One of my FAVORITE treats is 1 ounce of cream cheese and a tablespoon of almond butter on top - then sprinkled with cinnamon. YUMMO!

on top of plain greek yogurt also
I can't bake with almond butter, too expensive for me to 'waste' that way LOL But then again, peanut butter is catching up in price. Glad I got off my peanut butter eating spree last year. |

I have a great cookie batter that uses it. There are other variations of this cookie on my website, too: Almond Butter Cookies
