What to do with half gallon of almond-coconut milk
So, I have an unopened half gallon of refridgerated unsweetened almond-coconut milk blend that says use by Dec 31. I never got around to drinking it after I discovered unsweetened chocolate almond milk a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway, does anyone have any great ideas what I can do with the almond-coconut milk in the next day or two? Recipes that use a large volume of it are welcomed! |

Do you drink protein shakes? I often freeze things in ice cube trays to use in recipes ie: purees, shakes, etc. If you freeze it in 1 or 2 oz ice cube trays you can use small or large amounts as needed without worrying about it spoiling. Happy New Year!

I never thought of freezing! That's a great idea, if I can find a few spare ice cube trays at home. I was at Walmart today and forgot to look for them. I will defintiely try to make a chocolate shake with it tomorrow, I was too busy today to open the carton. Since I haven't opened it yet I hope I have an extra day or two before it goes bad.

Great idea, DH got a whole bunch of silicone mini-muffin shells for Christmas! I think that is what I will do...have a big smoothie today and freeze the rest. Thanks all!
