Packable Lunches for Vacation??
My family is going on vacation for a couple of weeks and we will be living out of a hotel room with only a mini fridge and a microwave. We plan on saving some money by packing one meal a day while we are out and about, but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for things I can pack that can be made in a hotel room and will keep me satisfied and won't go bad in a backpack for a day. I try and keep my meals under 15 carbs. I would love any and all ideas you can give me. Thanks!!
