Linda Sue's website has a flourless chocolate cake made in a mug. I haven't tried it yet but it's on my list to try.

I add together 2 TBS cream cheese, 2 Tbs pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and some Walden Farms SF maple syrup. Nuke 20 seconds or so and stir. Delicious and filling.

Way too much time on my hands!

i am all for easy lc desserts with few ingredients.
i want to mix pumpkin with hwc, artificial sweetener to taste with some cinnamon and pumpkin spice sprinkled in, as a sort of mouse-like dessert. That can't be too horrible, can it? Best of luck with your endeavors. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Or how about these cookie recipes i believe i found here
Gingerbread cookie 1/2 scoop protein powder 1 1/2 tsp. of soft butter drops of gingerbread syrup until it formed a ball.. Then I manually made a ball in the middle of my cereal bowl..about the size of*a walnut in the shell.. Zapped it for 28 seconds..It wasn't dry..tasted "purty" good.. Amy's 30 second protein cookie 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 pkg of Splenda 1 tsp. butter (she used ffree butter) a few drops of water In a microwave safe cereal bowl melt the butter in the microwave. Then add the rest of the ingredients, saving the water for last. You want the texture to be like a cookie..Mix into a ball shape and microwave for 30 seconds.

I have a tangent question: Are we not allowed to link to this recipe? I have the link, but don't want to get in trouble with the BB police!
I know we're not supposed to link to sites that sell stuff, but what about LC blogs? |

Most blogs are sponsored by a site that sells things. Cleo is sponsored by LC foods so ...no...you can't link to her site. Google is your friend.

My fav is a coconut flour mug cake
2 tbsps unsweet cocoa 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 egg 1/8 tsp baking power 1/8 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp erithitol, (or whatever you like) 2 tbsp SF syrup, I use vanilla or caramel I have this memorized as I have m ade it several times and it is just like a chocolate cake,, very yummy, mix up and put in a sprayed mug , cover loosely with plastic wrap and micro for 55 seconds.. I sometime put in a chunk of my Sf coconut bark half way thru cooking.. yum yum,, I usually only eat half at a time as it is filling to me, or I share with the hubby Last edited by Brendajm; 11-14-2012 at 07:33 AM.. |
