They melt very rapidly at room temperature. I freeze them in their cupcake liners for about 20 min, then pop them out and store in a plastic container that I keep in the fridge. They don't stick together. I tried keeping them in the freezer, but my teeth are very sensitive...frozen ones were just too cold.

During Tropical Traditions last sale (this past weekend), I bought 11lbs of shredded coconut for $34.95 with free shipping. Add a few cups into my food processor and less than 10 minutes later I have coconut cream concentrate/coconut butter/coconut manna... Piggy bank is much happier ![]() Also picked up 78oz jars of Nutiva Coconut Oil at Costco for $21.99 each so the piggy is very happy... As am I ![]() |

i made the best fat bombs out of cream and butter. tastes like caramel.
use butter and cream 1:1 heat the butter slowly till it boils and turns golden brown. then add cream and sweetener of choice to taste. return to boil, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick and sticky. remove from heat and stir for a bit while it cools some...it may separate but keep stirring. pour into a lined pan and chill till hardened. cut into desired pieces. got this recipe for a blog called the ketocook. |

YUM Fat Bombs!
Love the ideas of:
- cocoa and cayenne (no nut butter, just CO) - lemon with cream cheese recipe mid-thread I did it today, fourthing the recipe to limit myself. I regretted it when it was all gone. |

The first time I made these using the original recipe (didn't have the chocolate), I forgot the sweetener -- Oops! They were still good though. It was kinda like an unsweet peanut butter cup if that makes sense; they had the peanut butter taste but the not a sweet taste.
Tonight I made them based on the original recipe but adjusted slightly: 4 T coconut oil 4 T natural PB (crunchy) 1.5 oz cream cheese 3 packets Splenda Pinch/dash of salt, vanilla, & cinnamon to taste I did them bark-style tonight instead of a cupcake pan/liners. They're not oily at all--maybe the cream cheese in place of the butter made them less oily? Now I just have to keep them hidden from my kids! They tried the last batch and didn't like them since they weren't sweet so maybe they won't be interested in this batch. I enjoy reading everyone's options and look forward to trying more!

From what I understand, it's the whole batch as written by Widget on another fat bomb thread back in September. I definitely can not eat all of that, no way. When I made them I put them in a silicone heart mold and I believe it made around 8 (1 T. each). I could only eat 2 at a time as they're Very rich. I usually just pop one in my mouth and let it melt. They're VERY good! |

Deb34, if you google Keto Cook blog, the first one that comes up will be the blog with all the recipes. I have gotten several ideas from them.

![]() I only made 1/2 batch the first time (wasn't sure if I would like them), made two more 1/2 batches after that to experiment. So far my favorite is like the above, except I used 1/2 peanut butter & 1/2 almond butter & added 1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder, 1 TBLS of DaVinci Vanilla syrup (SF of course), a few drops of EZ sweet and 1/4 tsp of vanilla. I am sure I saw a variation like that in this thread or another thread like this one. I love these, not only do they taste wonderful but also because I struggle to keep from losing weight (I low carb to minimize insulin usage) and these are going help so much. Di |

1 Tblsp CO 1 Tblsp peanut butter 1 Tblsp butter 1/2 Tblsp granular Splenda 1 capful Torani SF vanilla syrup 1 Tblsp almond meal The addition of the almond meal gave it a great texture Put in small cup and froze. It was awesome. |

Made this a couple of hours ago, poured it into two bowls and froze it. Next time I'll have silicone cupcake containers, and that'll definitely help. It was good, although I think I bought the wrong kind of peanut butter - realised that it has zero calories and zero fat, so I don't think it ever saw peanuts. Will make the next batch without it. But this is definitely a keeper, it'll fill me up wonderfully when I'm going to gym from work, without having a proper lunch.

THIS THREAD, where have you been all my life???
I just ate natural peanut butter (trader joes has a cheap one with no added sugar! Tastes pretty much like Jiffy if you stir and refrigerate!) CO, and truvia with a dash of vanilla. AWESOME. I can't wait to try the rest of these. |
